Early Seiko 21 Jewel ChronographBefore Seiko, there was Seiko Time Corporation and this is part of that history. This is a great two-resistor Seiko Chronograph right out of the late 1960’s. A 21 Jewels watch that has a reference number on the mechanism of 638B. It is working and the fly back is right ion and very strong. This has some wear but not out of the ordinary. Often with these large watches from the 1960’s they are in very bad condition. This has some case wear but the dial and outer rim are in excellent condition. The band is original and can be returned to its original state if you wanted to. That is one of the strong advantages of stainless steel…if can be restored to its original condition.’ This is working and ready for your wrist. This will fit a 7 ½ wrist or simply get a new after market Seiko Watch Band. This is a clean offering, which is working and an excellent recorder of the passage of time. The pictures show this watch well. For the age and size, this watch is in very good condition. The day display is given in English or Japanese.
